New Fertility Bracelet

Hello everyone! This is Lisa Hardin. Today I want to talk to you guys about a new fertility bracelet that I have personally used and still am using occasionally. It's called the Ava bracelet. I will start out by saying that it's a little pricey. It runs around $225. But the really cool thing that I love about it is that even when u become pregnant and after pregnancy you can still use it!

So for those of you who have no idea what this is, I'll explain it!

You wear the bracelet only at night. While you are asleep, it will track your sleep pattern, your heart rate, skin temp, pulse and your fertile window! The bracelet syncs to the ava app and when you wake up, all the details will be loaded on it! It can also detect your 5 most fertile days unlike most ovulation sticks.

Another cool thing is you can mark down when your period starts and after a month's of using it, it will even tell you when it's due! U also can chart your moods and when u have sex.

I started Ava in January and really loved it Because I hated going ovulation tests. I never remembered them and I ovulated all diff times every single month , so for me they were a waste of money!

So for those of you who like to track your cycles and patterns, this would def be worth the money!
